Dr. Elisabete Arsenio is the Leader of the Transport Economics and Policies’ (ECOPOL) Group of ECTRI, a European organization based in Brussels that represents a unique “Science Think-tank” for sustainable and multimodal transport. The ECOPOL Group integrates 50 academic experts/research members from 27 transport research institutes/universities in Europe. After a successful mandate, she was re-elected as the European group leader for 2017 - 2018. She holds a Doctor (Ph.D.) degree awarded by the ITS University of Leeds, UK.
